Basic Select Professional
Must be proficient in PeopleSoft and understand the University’s policy governing the collection and expenditure of registration fees.  Services include: Includes the services offered in the Basic package plus the following: Includes the services offered in the Select package plus the following:
  • Online access to:
    • budget template
    • Letter of Agreement
    • Pre-program Narrative forms

  • Online access to financial management system:
    • track revenue and expenses

  • Training on DOCE procedures


  • Establishment of Program Development Account (Share) for residual revenue
  • Online Registration Webpage Development


  • Collect registrations via a secure server


  • Receipt of registration via mail, fax, online, and email


  • Preparation of bank deposits


  • Confirmation email for each registration


  • Invoicing purchase orders and tracking accounts receivable of registrations


  • Maintenance of participant database and continuing education attendance records
  • Certified Meeting Professional (CMP, CGMP)


  • Site Selection (i.e. hotel)


  • Meeting and Program Design


  • Budget Development and Monitoring
