Sponsor Guidelines

1.       All sponsorship/in kind donations must be confirmed and received by July 1, 2008 to allow proper advertisement time.
2.       A Sponsorship minimum of $1000.00 qualifies for a Supplier Conference Registration waiver in accordance to the guidelines below.
3.       Sponsors participating in the Trade Show MUST pay the registration/exhibit fee by July 1, 2008 in order to guarantee booth (exhibit space is limited).
4.       Signage will be displayed at the conference for all $4,000.00 level sponsors for the event they have committed. Sponsors are welcome to become a part of the Program Planning Committee for the events they have agreed to support.
5.       All event sponsors will have a five (5) minute opportunity to introduce their property at their specific event.
6.       In the event of multiple contributors from one company, i.e. a hotel chain, one single sponsor award will be given under a group name. Certificates will be awarded to the individual contributing properties or businesses.
7.       Sponsorships can be divided among multiple contributors.
 
Sponsorship Classifications and Waivers
 
 

Platinum

$5000.00 and above up to 3 Conference Registrations waived, listing in all printed conference material, pre-conference planner list, supplier furnished rack card placed in conference bag, full page ad in conference program book, link on website.

Gold

$4000.00 to $4999.00 up to 2 Conference Registrations waived, listing in all printed conference material, pre-conference planner list, supplier furnished rack card placed in conference bag, link on website and ½ page ad in conference program book.

Silver
 $3000.00 to $3999.00 1 Conference Registration waived, listing in all printed conference material, pre-conference planner list and ¼ page ad in conference program book.

Bronze

$2000.00 to $2999.00 1 Conference Registration waived and 1/8 page ad in conference program book and listing on all printed conference material.

Copper

$1000.00 to $1999.00 1 Conference Registration waived and listing on all printed conference material.
