General Information

Continuing Education Credit (CE):
The University of Florida is an approved provider of continuing education credits for veterinary technicians. For an additional fee of $10, UF will maintain a permanent CE record for you and provide you with a framable certificate of attendance. You will obtain 8 contact hours for attending the seminar and 2 additional contact hours if you attend the dinner. Symposium Location:
The symposium will be held at the Hilton University of Florida Conference Center in Gainesville, Florida. A map will be mailed upon receipt of your registration form.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be received in writing by mail, fax or email. Registration fees less $20 will be refunded upon receipt of written request by July 20, 2007. Refund requests made after that time will not be honored, and the participant or sponsoring organization will be responsible for the fee. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.

The University may cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled or postponed, the university will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other related costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
