Abstract Submission Guidelines

Abstract Submission is now CLOSED

1. Acceptable abstracts formats: Word, LaTex
   1. Microsoft Word template
   2. LaTex template
2. Submitted abstracts should generate the standard look
   1. Sample PDF output
3. Abstracts should not exceed one page.
4. EXTENDED Abstract deadline is September 30, 2009.
5. Successful abstract submission will be confirmed by an e-mail.
6. Notification of acceptance/rejection will be made by December 15, 2009.
7. All presenters MUST be registered by April 5, 2010.
8. Changes to abstract submissions cannot be made once an abstract has been upload to the submission site. In order to submit a change to an abstract please re-submit the abstract including the word "REVISED" in front of the title to akoralewski@dce.ufl.edu. 
9. Full papers for the scientific program are due March 24, 2010.
