Innovation Showcase: A Celebration of Innovation

The University of Florida has been ranked among the nation’s leaders at transferring world-class research to commercial partners capable of turning these discoveries into commercial products that are impacting the world. Often times the commercial partner is a company created solely for this purpose. These companies require tremendous resources both in terms of business and scientific talent as well as capital.

Our Celebration of Innovation is a unique opportunity to see start-up companies in the areas of life sciences, medical devices, and information technology that are commercializing the latest in cutting-edge technologies generated as a result of more than $600 million in research conducted at UF. Those interested in licensing, commercializing, investing or otherwise becoming involved with getting new discoveries into the marketplace will want to mark their calendars to attend the sixth annual Innovation Showcase.
