Early Registration Fee: Received by 6/29/2009 $1,695.00
Late Registration Fee:  Received after 6/29/2009 $1,895.00
Group Registration:  Two or more from the same organization $1,595.00
Late Group Registration: Two or more from the same organization $1,795.00
To receive this rate individuals must register on the same day and indicate other group members in special needs text box.


The fee covers all instruction, program materials, refreshment breaks, and lunches. Registrants are responsible for all other meals and lodging.

Please bring a Windows compatible laptop with you, if at all possible, so we can be sure the software included in the course is installed properly.

You will be notified promptly of any cancellations or schedule or program changes. The Department of Conferences will confirm your enrollment in the program and provide additional information on final registration.
