Abstracts should include:

1. Purpose, Methods, Results, and Conclusions

2. Define all abbreviations, three to five keywords describing the nature and content

3. Title of your presentation, author's full name

4. Institutional affiliation, telephone, fax, and e-mail address of the conact author

5. Limit: 1 page in Microsoft Word document format (*.doc)

6. 1 inch margins

7. Arial font

8. Size 10 pitch

The 6 proffered sessions will each have a focus area as listed below:

Clinical efficacy/outcome (2 sessions)
Development of novel particle therapy delivery techniques (both engineering and physics)
Clinical commissioning and QA of particle beam systems
Motion and uncertainty management
Treatment planning and verification techniques
Late Clinical Effects
