Thank-you for volunteering your time to present at the annual Southeastern Electricity Metering Association's Conference. Enclosed, please find a speaker information sheet and speaker bio form. Please complete and return these documents to DOCE Conferences, 2209 NW 13th Street, Gainesville, FL 32609 no later than Monday, October 26, 2009.

- Conference Location: Conference Location: Hilton Clearwater Beach, 400 Mandalay Ave., Clearwater Beach, FL 33767. Contact the hotel directly by October, 23, 2009 at (800) HILTONS or (727) 298-1485 and mention the SEMA conference for the reduced group rate of $155 per night. *Speakers are responsible for making and paying for their own travel arrangements. *Also responsible for making the student copies (approximately 50).

- Meeting/Audience Profile:
- Objective: This 4-day event will benefit beginning as well as experienced metering, energy management, customer service and power quality personnel by providing an opportunity to learn new solutions to common problems and to discuss new technologies with representatives of the utility industry.
Overall Expected Attendance: 150 school participants. 50-75 vendor participants.
Age Range: 25-50
Gender: ~85% Male
Attire: Business Casual
- Conference Attendance:
- If you plan on attending classes, the registration fee will be waived on the day you are teaching, but will apply to all other days ($215 for a single day registration or $325 for all 4 days). Please register prior to the conference, call (352) 392-1701 or by clicking on "Register Online" on this website.
- Conference Check-in:
- When you arrive at the Hilton Clearwater Beach, please check-in at the conference registration desk. At that time you will receive a name tag, your classroom assignment, and the name of the person moderating your session.
