Available Tracks
- Fundamentals of Metering
Provides basic familiarity and understanding of the structure of electricity. Instruction will include revenue metering, components, terms and energy system organization.
- Advanced Metering
Exposure to topics on Blondel's Theorem, polyphase meter applications and testing, reactive and Q-hour metering, pulse metering and electronic meter software. Designed for participants who have completed the Fundamentals Track or who have gained experience in areas covered by those sessions.

Management/AMIThe Management/AMI Track enables leaders within the utility industry to stay current with technology and related topics to enhance their capabilities and decision making within their organizations. This track will allow attendees to hear subject matter experts present their knowledge in the areas of Automated Metering Information technologies, Demand Side Management applications, Prepay Metering, Meter Data Management Systems and relevant ANSI updates. The program is designed for Director/Manager level and above, or individuals with similar responsibilities within the utility or ratemaking group.
- Customer Relations
- Concentrates on bridging the knowledge gap that exists between the customer's bill and the hardware and software of modern meters. It will also focus on sharing solutions to customer problems.
