Veterinary Technician Conference Sep. 26, 2009 Paramount Plaza Gainesville, FL

General Information

Registration: Includes all educational materials, refreshments and lunch. The conference begins at 9:00 am. and concludes at 4:00 pm.

If you register by September 11, 2009 you will receive the early registration rate of $110. After September 11, 2009 the registration rate will be $130.

Venue: The Veterinary Technician Program will be held at the Paramount Plaza, 2900 SW 13th Street, Gainesville, FL 32608. A detailed map will be sent upon receipt of your registration form.

Continuing Education (CE): The University of Florida is an approved provider of CE credits for veterinary technicians by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Board of Veterinary Medicine. Attendees will receive a certificate of CE for 6 contact hours.

Hotel Accommodations: A limited number of rooms is reserved at the Paramount Plaza for program registrants. Contact the hotel directly at (352) 371-3600 and mention “Receptionist Training Day” by August 27, 2009, to receive the program rate of $85per night. When making reservations, please make note of the hotels cancellation policies.

Cancellation Policy: Registration fees paid, less a $20 administration fee, will be refunded upon a written request received by September 16, 2009. After September 16, refunds will not be made, but substitutions are permitted.
