General Information

REGISTRATION: Includes all educational materials, refreshments and lunch. The conference begins at 8:30 and concludes at 4:00 pm.

If you register by September 11, 2009 you will receive the early registration rate of $110. After September 11, 2009 the registration rate will be $130.

CVT CE CREDIT: We will be offering CVT CE Credit for an additional fee of $10.

LOCATION: The conference will be held at the Paramount Plaza Hotel Suites. 2900 SW 13th St. Gainesville, FL 32608. A detailed map and written instructions will be sent to you upon registration.

LODGING: A limited number of rooms has been reserved at the Paramount Plaza for participants requiring overnight accommodations. Please contact the hotel directly at (877) 992-9229 by August 27, 2009 and mention the Receptionist Training Day to receive a reduced rate of $85 a night. When making reservations, please make note of the hotels cancellation policies.

CANCELLATION: Registration fees paid, less a $20 administration fee, will be refunded upon a written request received by September 14, 2009. After September 14th, refunds will not be made, but substitutions will be permitted.
